Boarding Fee Structure for 2025
- Fees are payable for 12 (twelve) academic calendar months from February to January.
- Please ensure compliance with the fee structure prior to making any payments as refunds will not be issued.
- A month’s notice in writing is required before withdrawal of a pupil. In lieu of this notice a month’s fee will be charged.
- No fee reductions are made for periods of broken attendance or for late arrival. No fees will be refunded in the event of a child leaving school midterm or without permission.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded.
- Fees may be paid online to SJS Hostel, A/c 50200040168402, IFSC Code – HDFC0003027, HDFC Bank.

- Boarding and tuition fees are payable in four installments as specified above. No part payments will be accepted. There will be a surcharge ₹3,000/- for delayed payment of fees.
- A special discount of 5% on the fees for second brother or sister is available if applied for.
- Cost of stationary, school bag, necktie, school badge, house shirts, tracksuits for games, are payable in addition to the installment at the time of admission.
- Practical/Laboratory fees must be paid separately according to the subject combination.
- Medical and hospital bills if any are payable on presentation.
- The miscellaneous charges mentioned above include laundry, toothpaste, toothbrush, shoe polish, bathing soap, hair oil, haircut, tooth mug, toiletries, general medical care, counselor visits, travel, tours and excursions, picnics and parties, bonfire, housekeeping, sports, curricular activities, etc.
