Boarding Fee Structure for 2025
- Fees are payable for 12 (twelve) academic calendar months from February to January.
- Please ensure compliance with the fee structure prior to making any payments as refunds will not be issued.
- A month’s notice in writing is required before withdrawal of a pupil. In lieu of this notice a month’s fee will be charged.
- No fee reductions are made for periods of broken attendance or for late arrival. No fees will be refunded in the event of a child leaving school midterm or without permission.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded.
- Fees may be paid online to SJS Hostel, A/c 50200040168402, IFSC Code – HDFC0003027, HDFC Bank.

Fee Payments:
- Boarding and Tuition fees are payable in four instalments as specified above. No part payments will be accepted. There will be a surcharge of Rs.3,000/- for delayed payment.
- A special discount of 5% on the fees for second brother or sister if requested.
- Cost of stationery, school bag, necktie, badge, house shirt, tracksuit for games are payable at the time of admission.
- Medical & Hospital bills are payable on presentation.
- Miscellaneous charges include laundry, bathing soap, tooth brush/paste, shoe brush/polish, haircut, hair oil, general medical care, bonfire, Christmas party, sports, games, etc.
